Equipment Handout

Equipment Handout for the 2018 season will be held on the following days and times at Maynard Field.  Cheerleaders and flag football players will get thier equipment and uniforms at a later date from their coaches

Saturday, July 7th

Flex - 8:00-8:45

Mighty Mites - 8:45-9:30

4th Grade - 9:30-10:15

5th Grade - 10:15-11:00

6th Grade - 11:00 11:45

7th Grade - 11:45-12:30

8th Grade - 12:30-1:15

 

Saturday, July 14th

Flex - 8:00-8:45

Mighty Mites - 8:45-9:30

4th Grade - 9:30-10:15

5th Grade - 10:15-11:00

6th Grade - 11:00 11:45

7th Grade - 11:45-12:30

8th Grade - 12:30-1:15

Please bring your child's final report card, signed AYF Medical Clearance Form, raised seal birth certificate, and all raffle tickets with money to the equipment handout.

Please keep in mind that the schools may or may not be handing out final report cards and they may have to be printed from the School Brains portal on their website. 

AYF will no longer accept any physician's substitution clearance forms or physical forms.  They will only be accepting the AYF Medical Clearance Form this year.  

If you do not have all of the required items, your child's equipment will be bagged and held until we receive it.
